Rob Foster, principal appraiser of RL Foster Appraisals, has provided appraisals for the past twelve years. With over 15 years gallery experience, he has examined thousands of pieces of art and formally appraised over a thousand paintings and sculptures. Because of his gallery experience, his specialty is contemporary Colorado artists, but he is also experienced in the western painters of the Hudson Valley School such as Albert Bierstadt, Thomas Cole and John Moran.

Besides offering appraisal services, they can offer consulting services for those intending to dispose of work for estate purposes, charitable donation or simply to sell art.
Fees are based on a reasonable hourly rate.
